DEANNA
Certified Medical Assistant
Deanna joined Cardinal Plastic Surgery in June 2021. She assists in the clinical setting and is there to guide you through your initial consult as well as pre- & post-operative care. She is currently a senior at ODU and aspired to obtain her Physician Assistant license. Her hobbies include going to concerts, painting and nature walks.
JENN
Patient Care Coordinator
Jenn joined Cardinal Plastic Surgery in August 2022. She is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations, coordinating and scheduling surgeries & supporting front office needs. She has over 8 years of experience in the healthcare setting combined with over 20 years in customer service. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, working out and traveling.
LINDI
RECEPTIONIST
Lindi joined CPS in October 2021. She is the first face you see at the front desk, handling both reception and check out. She also manages appointment scheduling, insurance verifications, referrals, patient payments and administrative tasks.
She has worked in customer service for over 20 years. Some of her outside activities include musical theater, performance dance, culinary arts and party planning, basically anything where she can be creative.
